Pros

Good hours of operation. Some holidays are off. Very diverse environment. Salaries can be very reasonable and competitive with other similar employers.

Cons

It can be very challenging and stressful environment. Part time employees do not qualify for health and other benefits. Most of the employees are part time and it’s difficult to get full time positions.
