Pros

Competitive Salary (Clarification - as an overnight asst mgr there is a $100 per chq bonus, which is where the $2600 comes from in the salary section) Endless opportunity At the right stage in a career, having WalMart on your resume is like gold...

Cons

Work Life balance, although not terrible, is not great either. Upper Management expects you to be available all the time, days off, vacation, etc. You have to be a yes man to get anywhere
