--Health care for part time associates after two years --Plenty of hours to work --Can call in to work up to 6 times / 6 months before fired

Cons

--Never staffed --Extremely low pay --Policies change monthly --Management often writes up associates, without fully investigating the situation --No sense of longevity --Hard to advance

Great people, great prices: always!

Cons

The stores are too big! My feet really hurt when walking around. I do, however, find that as an employer Walmart can be rather stingy when it comes to compensation or insurance.
