Horrible place to work.

Pros

It's the only place to work in this town that pays (slightly) above minimum wage. Some great co-workers. Really, that's all.

Cons

Management doesn't know what's going on, nor will they listen to advice. Store managers making tens of thousands in bonuses, latest bonus for a full time employee was $68.00. Terrible benefits, inflexible scheduling.

Pros

The number 1 best reason to work for walmart is they are associate first.

Cons

The only con I can think of about walmart is there lack of competitiveness in salary for lower managment.
