Pros

The only real reason I can think of to work there is the employee discount. And that is not given on groceries.

Cons

Hours and days are not the same every week. Hours are being cut nationwide. Full timers are even being cut to part time hours.

Pros

The work is easy in lower positions, paid holidays and sick days , flexible hours and discount on most of the products.

Cons

Management has a favorite group of people in the I work for, has an open door policy, but doesn't listen , not appreciated for the hard work. A lot of lies are told to employees.

Pros

There are many opportunities for promotion. The benefits are good and co-workers are generally good to work with. It's better than being unemployeed.

Cons

Too many managers and supervisors and too few associates to perform the work load. Lack of communicatin between managment, supervisors, and associates.
