Pros

If this is an entry level job for you, it's a great place to learn skills and gain experience. Benefits are good if you are full-time.

Cons

Lots of folks are there to make good impressions to higher ups and in turn leads to egotistical behavior. If you can handle the pressures and mixed personalities it's a rewarding learning experience. Wages are okay at store level, promotions are mostly based on seniority/experience. Lots to do but limited resources.

Pros

Ability to work on your own for long periods of time (excluding customers coming up and asking for help with something). Decent pay for a job that requires no previous experience.

Cons

Too many bosses which leads to conflicting orders and a complete lack of understanding on their part as to why the assignment they wanted done, didn't get done. (When another manager's task did). Everything is too fast paced and rushed. You are expected to make your times on stocking the items off of the palettes you have in your given department by using timing figures derived from extremely generalized assumptions and then adhering to them blindly. (Something like 60-80 boxes per hour, and 30-45 boxes per palette).
