Pros

There are great opportunities for both personal and professional growht and development. Those that are extremely flexible will find easier pathways.

Cons

The company has searched for an identity over the last few years. This has sent mixed messages to consumers and spent excessive payroll.

Pros

Walmart was my first job. The only thing I enjoyed about it was meeting new people.

Cons

Work all weekends. Company acts as if you have no life away from work. Very small yearly raises for all the hard work you do. No incentitives. At first you are given plenty of hours, but later on, you can barely afford to pay your bills.
