Pros

Plenty of camaraderie among employees, benefits you eventually receive are fine... Pay is awful to begin with.. But hard work can be rewarded.

Cons

Lowest possible starting pay, and dispite defined "uniform", no reimbursement. I know this is a write off on taxes, but at this pay it simply won't matter when I claim the uniform expenditure.

Pros

distributions ceneer jobs pay much better than the stores and some of the schedules are very nice. Such as working 3 or 4 days a week verses 5 to 7 days a week.

Cons

You were required to learn several positions so that you were able to fill those positions when some one did not show up for work.
