Pros

working at walmart is just a job, although I do not like my job I am thankful to have a paycheck!

Cons

walmart is a great place for customers to shop; however, for workers, the atmosphere isn't the same. Again, I am thankful to have a paycheck

Pros

Great Coworkers. You get paid.

Cons

No communication, they constantly change procedures and not everyone is told. You are forced to wear a uniform of sorts but they don't help with the purchase. No more raises at 90 days, just a discount card that enables you to pay what the customers pay.
