Pros

A good place to get started if you have no experience and limited education. There's flexibility within the schedule and job opportunities to meet most people's needs. You have the ability to advance even if you're not the best qualified.

Cons

Low pay and only hiring part time associates. Right now every store is short handed and over worked. Management at all levels are poor managers of people, time and resources. It seems like their only goal is to save corporate money so they can live better at the expensive of their "associates".

Pros

There are pretty good advancement opportunites when you show performance. When there are new positions available all you have to do is change your career preference in the computer and you get an interiew.

Cons

The pay isnt all that great. Not only is the pay a little on the downsize but there are far too many shift cuts!
