Pros

good friends, good work, lots of laughs

Cons

for a company that makes how many billions each year you think they could pay out a little more hourly to the workers and as such, people who are new are making just as much if not more then the older staff

Pros

Good bonuses and the contribute to retirement

Cons

They don't listen to employees. They overlook those that would be best for promotions and promote on a favortism basis.

Pros

I think tht the most rewarding aspect of being a memeber of the Wal-Mart team is the MIP (Management Insentive Plan). The base salary for this organization is really not that great for the level of commitment one has to dedicate. If you value work life balance, this is not the place for you/

Cons

Work life balance is not a priority for Wal-Mart
