One raise per year capped at .60 but you will not be able to get that because the criteria for it is to high so the most you can get is .40.I received four excels on my eval but still only got .40 Almost makes you want to find another job just to get a raise! Depressing to know it will take 10 years to make $4.00 more than you do right now.
The incredible infrastructure is not followed and the stores hide this from home office as long as on paper it looks like they are following procedures it is all good.
Favoritism is rampant it is like there are two walmarts in the building those that can, have, and do and those that cant and do not have.The same people get promoted, the same people go to the outside christmas party every year, the same people get sent to outside events for associates.
It can be difficult if your the only csm in the building to respond to the cashier needs, customer needs, run register, push carts, exchange propane tanks, answer phone calls, site to store and watch other depts like jewelry when they go on break and all of that isnt in a shift its in an hour!
To few associates in the building under the new system not able to get everything done and provide serious customer service.
