Pros

Flexibility is pretty good at Walmart and the bonuses are great if you work in a big Walmart you stand to make some good money just on bonuses.

Cons

Working at Wal Mart is not as bad as some would think but it defiantly wasn't all that and a bag of chips either. Mostly it isn't the employees it was the customers. Some of the customers are the meanest ungrateful and unappreciative customers I have ever had to deal with. I have worked in customer driven careers before and these are some of the worst. On that note though there was my regulars and the nice people that just make your day.
