Pros

They pay well and you can get a great deal of hours especially concerning Holiday season. They are good at promoting with in as well!

Cons

Wal-Mart had just given me a $.40 raise after my yearly review. Once they saw how much I was getting paid compared to other cashiers they came up with a BS excuse to fire me, so they could hire someone else to do my job at a cheaper rate.

Pros

Wal-Mart has a friendly atmosphere with competitive salaries. Most employees I work with have been with the company for several years.

Cons

Pharmacy district managers are not required to be pharmacists, so they know little to nothing about the profession or how a pharmacy should be ran.
