Pros

Get to interact with customers a lot and got to pretty much be left alone to handle interactions with customers so that was nice I didn't feel like their was hovering going on

Cons

Long shifts with little or no breaks tough to handle long customer lines with not very many checkout lanes opened at the same time

Pros

- A lot of opportunities for over time - Easy going co-workers - You'll always have something to do during your shift so time will fly by fast

Cons

- Management doesn't know who you are (even after working there for 6+ months) - There's so many people working at Walmart that you end up being a number - Most people are content with the position they have and don't care about the quality of work - Management is always changing and the positions are filled by college graduates with no management experience or skills
