-Clear expectations from management -Opportunities for advancement if you work hard/smart

Cons

-Takes patience to work for low hourly pay for awhile if you intend to climb the ladder -Many associates are lazy/don't care -- if you are a hard worker, you will have to pick up their slack

friendly employees to work with....thats about it! its a job if you need one!

Cons

rude customers having to take it when you are being cussed out! work a ton of hours but pay is still crap want you to work whenever they need you but dont dare ask for time off!
