Pros

MOST customers and fellow Associates make Wal-Mart an interesting place to work.

Cons

Management doesn't care about anything but their bonuses. Regional management? What do they do anyway...? Customers come to Photo Lab looking for help in other departments...we have to call Extention 129 to get management to respond to customers needs. CSMs are hard to get for change or customer service needs. Scheduling is a joke...too many Associates on light days and nights...never enough to cover on heavy days... Turnover is epidemic...Rumor is that our state considers Wal-Mart to be a "hostile work environment"
