Pros

Great schedule. 3 days on, 3 days off. The salary is above average for retail and job security is good as long as you perform.

Cons

Very structured. There is not a lot of room for "thinking out of the box". Many inexperienced assistant managers who struggle with promotion from hourly to salaried supervisors.

Pros

Good people work there often because there is nothing much else for them in their local areas where they live

Cons

Working way too many hours for so little. Managers trying to get moer out of you every chance they get.
