a role model for ethnic diversity, possibility to start from the ground up, possible to get high income with mediocre amount of education

Cons

often have to work weekends; tempted to buy on impulse more often than usual;customers and/or managers could be rude; some jobs could be seen as unskilled

Pros

Job security since this is a major player. Must deal with the reality of cost cutting includes salary and benefits.

Cons

As above. The salary and benefit package is gear around savings for the company. Otherwise ok place to work full time.
