Pros

bonuses sometimes that we work hard for

Cons

management doesnt have a clue, each manger gives you a different answer and way to do things for the same job.employees are not treated with respect by most managment.they have a open door policy but if you ever complain about something bothering you, then your labeled a complainer.pay is well below any other job,but expected to do the work of three people.your time on your job and when it comes to raises thats a joke.they praise you but find one thing to keep from giving you more than the minium unless your one of the employees that just sets and kiss the mangers butt all night.they get the max raise while the peopl doing the work get nothing.your treated very bad by upper management.we have very few managers that are very good ones but they are few an between.

Pros

great company with a great history. Stays on the cutting edge, decisive. Great technology tools.

Cons

increasingly unfavorable store environments. managers expected to deal with unsavory people selling CD's, perfumes, dvds, whatever in the parking lots. have to deal with people who threaten and initimidate to get what they want, etc. The customer demographic is rock bottom in too many cases, too many stores locations.
