Pros

Easy work. Clean environment. Comraderie amongst fellow associates.

Cons

Next to impossible to get full-time status. Too much work for one person to handle. If you work hard, you're expected to carry the slackers.

Pros

Non-stressful work environment that seems to value company loyalty and enthusiasm. Most jobs are easy to perform, non-tiring, and their is a lot of down time.

Cons

Limits the number of full time employees so you are forced to work part-time which means lower pay. Management also has lack of effective communication.
