      Family-owned company, minimal or no overtime for office employees, somewhat relaxed work environment, flexible manager, some training opportunities, decent benefits, job security

      Cons

      still pretty old-school & lacking diversity (age, gender, ethnicity) in upper leadership, managers & supervisors aren't leaving any time soon, so advancement is minimal, no parental leave, lower than average 401(k) match, outdated office cubicles

      Walsworth is an 85-year-old family-owned company and the employees in all (4) facilities are here to make our customers happy with the final product. Having been with Walsworth for 50 years, I can attest it is a great place to be employed!

      Cons

      Production work can require overtime for short time periods.
