Willing to give opportunities to prove qualifications. Stable company with longevity in mind Desires younger staff A lot of loyalty amongst management/supervisors to their direct reports

Cons

Poor interdepartment communication and cooperation. Salary is not competitive Very vague about expectations and responsibilities VERY slow to make changes A lot of disloyalty of managers/supervisors to staff on other teams
