Pros

Great people and an opportunity to work with schools across Colorado and teaching kids life skills that they can use in their future careers. Having summers off was a huge perk.

Cons

Yearbooks became a very tough product to sell with the downturn in the economy, the rise in mobile tech, and Facebook becoming ingrained into the daily lives of kids.

Cons

communication needs improvement they never fire anyone so areas are left in shambles by the time they leave very stingy with compensation your first few years are insanely hectic with 12 hour workdays being the norm
