      A family owned business that needs to remember other employees outside of Marceline, MO.

      Pros

      I worked with allot of great people in the northern facility and we were a tight knit family until the arrogant family from the south came along. I really liked my job and it was usually fun while getting results.

      Cons

      There is nothing quite like being called part of the Walsworth family when you are not treated as part of the family. When they took over it was all about the employees and the COMMUNITY, were did that game plan disappear to? I think they should have stuck to Year Books instead of entering a market they had no experience in and completely brought a good printing plant to its knees.

      Pros

      Good family atmosphere. You won't see anyone working over-time, staying late, under any circumstances. When the whistle blows, they clear out.

      Cons

      Senior management is weak, and full of themselves. They use fear and bullying as their primary motivational technique.

      Pros

      Everyone gets to know you and helps you tremendously. You make your own schedule and have very reachable goals. Summers are filled with workshops and travel.

      Cons

      Some months are very very busy. Not considered one of the "Major" yearbook companies to some schools.
