Pros

The flexible schedule is great and the ability to control your own calendar is absolutely a pro.

Cons

The communication from managers and support for new representatives is low. The job is lonely as you don't have co-workers and in your car for 4-5 hours a day.

Pros

-Received a paycheck -Stepping stone until next career opportunity

Cons

-It's definitely a "sleep your way to the top" company. The men in this company should be ashamed of themselves -The "family owned" title is just that...a title...not a value -They do not treat each employee equally -Zero room for growth. They will keep you in your territory and expect you to grow it, make the manager look good, and give you a crap to none raise -Not a good job with family
