Pros

WPC treats its employees fair and consistent throughout. Decent benefit package and potential in growth if interested.

Cons

Department supervisor and managers are NOT fair and consistent with employees. They miss a lot of work but criticize employees if they need to take time off.

Pros

Great independence, flexible schedule (somewhat)

Cons

Lots of recent changes in management, super competitive industry, not a clear compensation plan, not a good job for having a family.

Pros

Great place to learn the ropes about printing, great teamwork within the plants, sales support was good, family does care about the business, and aggressive with their vision.

Cons

Very top-management heavy (too many chiefs) and too much salary at that level, questionable hiring of some senior management at company, decisions about some endeavors not looked at with long-term business conditions in mind, unrealistic goals and expectations given market conditions and company niche, not enough effort to motivate staff who work very hard.
