Over the last three years, Walton has grown successfully at a rapid pace. As with every company who is growing and expanding, there are learning curves and often movement throughout the organization, which has to happen to align the company’s goals, objectives, and investor expectation. Walton maneuvers quickly and proactively adjusting to the ever-changing market, customer needs and internal requirements. The CEO and his Executive team have an expectation for people to deliver on what they promise. Simply put, “do what you say you are going to do and by when you say you would”. The success of Walton is from its commitment to hire the best talent from across the country. Walton also promotes from within as an opportunity aligns with internal talent.
