There are so many Pros, where to Begin. The Dynamics: Each employee treats everyone with decency and respect. If you every have a question or need help there is always someone there to help you. No matter what is required or what level, even if its coming from Mr. Walton, everyone truly cares about each other personally and professionally. You really a part of a Family The Company: Walton runs like a well oiled machine. Mr Walton has things in place for everyone to achieve success and happiness, not only internally but externally to anyone who is in the extension of the Walton Signage network. The Vision: If you are a Dreamer and a Doer Walton signage is the ultimate place to plant roots with. This company offers all support and tools needed to grow beyond yourself that you never thought was possible

The environment is very positive and up lifting. Fast-paced and full of energy.

Cons

High level management does not provide positive culture. Ultimately lowering your willingness to produce. Slow negative energy that is first unnoticed and masked. Resulting in draining your battery of energy to wish to compete.

Room for growth. Great Clients. Company has growth. Open to new ideas. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Can be be lean with personnel. Raises are not always 12-13 months however, salary is decent.
