      Pros

      The company is young and as a result, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the overall business operations. Additionally, the business practices and software aren't antiquated so you're learning new and relevant skills. Company culture is definitely a positive as well. The work force leans towards younger but it's the sharpest group of peers I've worked alongside thus far and they're a lot of fun. Lastly, there is a feeling of transparency between the C-suite and the employees. There are recurrent conversations in an open forum formats that allow employees to share and discuss new ideas. I get a sense that upper management genuinely cares for their employees and considers their ideas.

      Cons

      Vacation is a bit on the low side and there isn't currently 401k matching.

      Thank you. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to make sure we're meeting expectations as an employer. We're glad you enjoyed your co-workers, our office environment and casual dress code. We work hard to make sure our space is conducive to a productive workday as well as open communication and interaction among co-workers. One of our goals is to find a balance between too much and too little work so employees can be as efficient as possible and plan their lives accordingly. We continually monitor pay to make sure our compensation is fair and make adjustments when we're off. We do value our employees - we couldn't do this without them - but we will continue to try to show our appreciation more. Thanks again!
