Pros

The environment is relaxed and I always feel happy coming into work. My supervisor is always really supportive and understanding of the Stylist's needs. She is always making sure we are content in stressful times and always puts our needs first. She's a great leader and wants everyone to succeed. I also like how we get opportunities for over-time and to work from home.

Cons

Sometimes the job gets repetitive so you have to find ways to mix it up.

Very quick to change direction when something is not working. Open door policy at all levels of management. If you want to work hard, learn, it is a great environment.

Cons

Like any start up or young company the Pros can become Cons very quickly if you do not thrive in a fast moving open environment. Typical retail/ecommerce company not for the faint of heart or for people who like the status quo.
