Pros

Felt safe while in the building, due to the abundant amount of security cameras.

Cons

It has to be the worst environment for anyone to work an entire shift and not be appreciated for running around to keep THEIR numbers up when it's the company running behind on orders due to the lack of organization and communication. They are always hiring because they DO NOT train you properly and then get after you for numbers when you have no idea what/how to be successful. Or the best part is "Management" is just out of Highschool and has no idea how to run their shift while on their power trip.

Terrible Upper Level Company leadership paired with unreasonable expectations for employees has created one of the most toxic work environments I have ever worked in.

Management sucks and they treat you like crap, all they care about is numbers, not flexible mandatory overtime
