      Pros

      Cool new office space, lots of fun company events and happy hours, great relationships with coworkers and some good management

      Cons

      Only a good gig if you’re still in school and need some decent money with flexible hours, they don’t recognize the talent they have, you can only get promoted if you’re fast/efficient not just good at customer service or styling

      Pros

      Nice office. Some great people that will be lifelong friends. Get to work in fashion. Wantable has potential, there are some really great people and hard workers which makes a big difference. Passion.

      Cons

      Some upper management have conceited attitudes or are just plain mean. No one is better than anyone else but you don’t get that feeling here. You can get those weird vibes even in an all hands meeting. Though the ceo is always pleasant and inspiring. We can’t get inventory right for our customer and that falls a lot on our buying team but in reality it’s just miscommunication and poor management. Moving 100 miles per hour but lose sight of our customer. Project prioritization is a joke. Lofty goals with no clarity. Pride themselves on a good culture but I’m not sure they even know what that means. It should not be about happy hours and presents in the mail.

      Pros

      Face paced, never dull, relaxed environment and dress code.

      Cons

      Gossip, cliques and "buddy buddy" environment. People skate by as long as they are friends with management
