      Pros

      You can excel if you're able to brown nose and are referred! Your social circle is your way up

      Cons

      Prepare yourself to have your performance shared with your entire team. Management has very loose lips, is very comfortable expressing disappointment, and will often be hypocritical with their decisions. You'll be expected to follow protocols while your superiors will entirely avoid doing things by standard!

      Great culture and exposure to project types

      Pros

      Ware Malcomb's culture and atmosphere is positive and encouraging. The focus is always on how to resolve any issue that may arise rather than to dwell on how or why the issue came up. With a wide range of project types, I have been exposed to a larger variety of projects at my time at Ware Malcomb than at all my previous firms combined.
