Pros

Creative and talented colleagues: The architectural designers and staff at Ware Malcomb are undoubtedly skilled and very hard working individuals. Diversity projects: company undertakes diverse projects, but majority of them is in warehouse or industial space, which might be borign for some architects.

Cons

Insane workload: The work expectations at Ware Malcomb are unreasonably high, leading to an overwhelming workload. Constantly juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines becomes mentally and physically exhausting, leaving little time for personal life or self-care. Lack of work-life balance: The company has a blatant disregard for work-life balance. Designers are expected to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, without any acknowledgment of the toll it takes on their well-being. This lack of balance negatively impacts personal relationships and overall quality of life. Inadequate support system: There is a lack of support from management when it comes to workload management and prioritization. Requests for assistance or adjustments to deadlines often fall on deaf ears, leaving designers feeling unsupported and overwhelmed.
