Room for career advancement if you're driven and willing to put in the hours. Possible to achieve a higher role quicker than if you were to work at a different place. The company tries to create a fun atmosphere with many extracurricular activities to connect with others.

Cons

Negative work environment with lots of disgruntled employees. Benefits/compensation package is below average.

Pros

The staff. Most are dedicated and good people yet they won’t stay for very long. If they’re smart, the realize life is too short or they’ve got massive self-preservation techniques.

Cons

The Denver Management team. It’s a joke when the community sees your job offerings in Denver because they’re always up and it’s common knowledge that the office culture is toxic

Pros

Everyone at Ware Malcomb is passionate about what they do and it's contagious! I really appreciate the company's transparency from its people all the way to the firm's growth initiatives. My experience with the Marketing Department has been nothing but positive. They are truly cultivators of their people, leveraging strengths and identifying areas for growth.

Cons

I can see how high expectations and a heavy workload could be a con to some people; but just like with anything in life, we all have our own preferences. I enjoy the challenge, but I think it's fair to list it here so others know what to expect.
