      Potential for growth is limitless. If you have drive and care about your work, you will strive here. It doesn’t matter how young or old you are, company is fair in investing in people with potential. The projects are interesting, people in the office are fun and great to work with.

      Cons

      Need more space in the office. Benefits have room to improve.

      Best of both worlds

      Pros

      It's a really big firm so there are lots of resources, but each individual office is smaller so you get to know all of your co-workers, There is nothing but opportunity at WM. They make sure that all their employees have the training and tools that they need to succeed. They promote from within. If you're willing to work hard you are rewarded.

      Cons

      Projects can be repetitive. PM's are expected to be entirely responsible for their projects.
