      Pros

      the company is small enough for you to get exposure on concept to execution. You will always have something to work on

      Cons

      they take advantage of interns and there's no work life balance nor do they care about that at all

      Great Place to Work For

      Pros

      A very good place to work for. Very good management, very supportive and spending time for training and mentoring the team. There is always something new to learn. Incredible coworkers to work with. Very nice culture and friendly work environment. Huge potential expansion in the market. Very good benefits as well.

      Sometimes working for long hours due to heavy workload

      Pros

      People tend to move up fast since it is a small office. They have great technical resources and technical specialists. The firm has international offices and you get to interact with many of them.

      Cons

      You can only move up quickly if you are a favourite. They care more about making money than the people they employ. The company's atmosphere is very formal.
