A lot of support towards growth, for some people

Cons

Your growth was determined by your relationships with your managers, and a lot of middle managers had no interest in helping you. Wages weren’t great.

A lively, supportive learning environment. Work on a variety of different project types. Leadership encourages team work and collaboration. Promotes a one-team approach that allows you to work with other offices, building relationships all over North America.

Cons

Some clients are demanding and schedules can be fast paced, but that is often the nature of this industry.
