Pros

Working with the corporate office (New Balance) in Boston made the whole experience worth while. Professional, respectful and creative environment.

Cons

Management is so out of touch with the market place and employee, only focused on management bonus, employee incentive plans are a joke.

They let you leave when it's slow but pay you for full day

Cons

Bad training, clicks, very young inexperienced management, secretive, not nice, play favorites, make you feel stupid and not worth talking to, derogatory hostile work environment
