Pros

A positive work environment that fosters growth and values employee input. Learning & Development: The company encourages new ideas and empowers employees to find better ways of doing things. It feels like our voices are heard and valued. Growth Opportunities: There are many opportunities to expand your knowledge and take on new challenges. This is a great place for someone who wants to develop their career. Fun & Collaborative Culture: It's a "work hard, play hard" environment with a casual dress code. There are also great perks like free drinks, snacks, and coffee, plus a fantastic break room with a lunch area and even an outdoor patio!

Cons

One minor drawback is that the workspace can get a bit noisy at times, making it challenging for private calls. However, the company thoughtfully provides well-equipped conference rooms and soundproof booths for these situations." The workload can be demanding at times, but that perfectly suits my work style! I thrive in a fast-paced environment and appreciate the opportunity to constantly learn and be challenged."

Pros

Generous PTO, and good benefits. That's it.

Cons

Whoever does the least amount of work, gets the most money. HR is non existent, and does not care to resolve issues that are effecting the company and effort put in by the employees. And certain managers talk to people like they are a work horse, not a person. All year long, we were told we were setting records, but now we are hearing there WILL NOT be any bonuses or raises. The cost of living has increased by 20%, while my rate of pay has nor increased at all. You expect people to work like you are making their lives easier. But with no reward, comes no desire. Avoid this sweatshop. It's not worth the benefits.
