Pros

I've never been part of a sales organization with such low turnover. The work-life balance is great, I've been fully remote my whole time working here and the workload is not overly stressful like many sales jobs I've had. The CEO seems like a good person, the management I've worked with have been great, all my teammates have been great. Customers love the product, it's simple and affordable. The company is growing at a unique and incredible rate.

Cons

Very little racial diversity in the sales org. Typical chaos you would expect from a startup, lots of change all the time.
