Pros

Everyone is really motivating and wants each other to grow and succeed. It really feels like a family which is why i think most people stay. Training is great depending on your ability to retain information and apply that information to your day to day. From top to bottom i feel comfortable asking for help or daily advice and i feel like they have the right people in place to help and guide. Hopefully this can be a company that i can spend many more years at.

Cons

The pay is a pretty large struggle for the majority of onsite employees. People will stay because they love the company but employee moral will eventually diminish and people will be faced with the hard decision, stay with a company and coworkers you love while struggling financially or move on. For many people the answer seems to be move on.

There are some really awesome individuals in the company that generally care about what we do as property management and are a delight to work with. Great learning experience,

Cons

Management and higher ups are not professional. The higher ups, including HR, are extremely unprofessional. There have been several instances with the corporate office trying to cover up legalities. They are not very considerate of some of the low income housing when it comes to residents, and are known to throw employees under the bus to save themselves.
