Pros
Nice lower level people but that stops at managers and above. Really easy work and not much is expected. You could sleep in your chair all day but as long as you are "in the office", that's what counts to them.
Cons
Benefits shouldn't even be classified as that because they are absolutely terrible. Every year they get worse too. Pay got missed on time in multiple instances. The benefits administration, HR, have no idea what they are doing and talk to you like you are stupid. The people at the top of accounting do absolutely nothing but are unavailable to help with anything. Unflexible remote work except for leadership. There is more leadership than employees. This company is riding it's repution from the 80s, the building looks like it too. You'll actually be working tax breaks on the owners 5th yacht instead anything meaningful. Very questionable language from the facilities guys. It just seems like they aren't very aware that everyone can hear their misogynistic views that put woman down constantly.
