Pros

The work is interesting and co-workers we’re great, until you got to leadership.

Cons

The higher ups are stuck in archaic ideals. This company will not be understanding and flexible with health issues, especially that of mental health. High-deductible insurance that does not cover chiropractor or physical therapy visits until deductible is met. If you’re not part of the “club”, you will be kicked out with little to no explanation.

Pros

Staff culture with peers was very positive. Lots of little things to thank employees like lunches and snacks. Direct management was very kind, attentive, and clearly wanted the best for employees. Good benefits.

Cons

Did not feel like employees were valued in some of the large ways that matter such as salary and being over-worked.
