Salary for work load Understaffed- I was left multiple times during acquisitions for a manager to go on vacation with no help or support Lack of management support for employees Discrimination is ignored by upper management Hostile work environment for moms/parents Very little growth opportunity Acquisitions constantly happening but no staff to support the growth Management has unlimited PTO, using it irresponsibly while short staffed Bullying and hostile work environment when you don’t agree with what is said If you’re not “in” you’re pushed out very quickly Management thrives off “yes men” and any pushback is met with bullying and targeting hostility One POC was hired on our team and IMMEDIATELY let go without any real reason

Management needs to be more aware of how they treat employees. Especially one of their longtime directors. She loves to belittle people. They definitely do not pay well. Favortism.
