Company touches every facet of the sports industry. Great stepping stone and resume builder. Lots of smart people to build relationships with and learn from.

Cons

Poor senior leadership. Lack of transparency. No growth track for mid-level managers. Culture built on serving senior leadership, not collaboration or teamwork

Great experience and stepping stone, Interesting clients and projects - Represent the biggest names and in sports, Great place to increase your contacts, Found more work-life balance through my career, Fast paced

Cons

No company perks, Departments don't work cohesively and there is constant disconnect with communication, Lack of actual leaders to look up to as you develop your career within the company, No career growth unless in corp office, Disconnect between upper & executive management and mid-lower level managers, Depending on sex and position you are treated completely different than other people, People on the outside of the company know more about what we are doing and positions we are looking for than internal employees.

If operating at warp speed, long hours in a beautiful space invigorates you-this is the place for you.

Cons

They claim they are supportive of your development but that is not the case. Much needed support is not provided and toxic leadership is in place longer than they should be. It's very cliquey and hard to assimilate.
