Work life balance, fair pay, lots of PTO + benefits, exciting work (if you get lucky to be put on something good)

Cons

There tends to be cherry picking of favorites and they tend to get better work/opportunities. Your day to day feels better when you are in the well-adjusted accounts - if not, it can feel very rushed and poorly managed.
