In the past 5 years and currently, we have had a vast amount of changes ~ improved systems, improved processes , improved service, enhanced quality throughout. We are privately owned and operated, with full intention to be profitable ~ profitability allows greater opportunity for our associates and greater opportunity for our business to continue to grow and develop. We continue to train and develop our associates at all levels. Actual turnover this past year decreased over the prior year. We are committed to continue to review and enhance all aspects of our business, to be the best we can be for our associates, customers and business.

Pros

I worked at Wasserstrom for a little over 5 years and did not leave by choice. Life got in the way, if I could be, I would still be working there. The people are great, the work is enough to keep the day interesting and and there are always chances for learning, growth and advancement.

Cons

Pay and benefits (at the time I was there) were not so great but I have heard they have made great progress on both

Pros

Wasserstrom is a family-owned company and that is apparent in many aspects of the business. It really is a great place to work. Management is fair and flexible and helps with a work-life balance. As a busy working-parent, that is important to me. There is also opportunities for quick advancement. If you display a professional attitude and are a hard-worker, management will notice and you'll be rewarded. The company also recently moved to a new, renovated building. It's pretty neat and contemporary!

Cons

The drive to work is longer for me now, but the new office helps with that downside.
