Flexibility, immediate management will work with you and understands things happen outside the office. Work tasks change daily so things don't get boring or in a rut.

Cons

Out of date technology and way of thinking regarding policy & procedures. Teamwork between departments is almost non-existent which can make things difficult to get done in a timely manner.
